				HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION in the heart of JONZAC  Jonzac is the perfect base for your stay in the Charente Maritime. It is a quaint town, with beautiful architecture and the river Seugne running through it. The main square and château are particularly attractive, and there is a wide choice of cafés and restaurants where you can sit out en terrasse and soak up the sun and the atmosphere. There is also a large leisure base, with bathing lake, sandy beach, restaurant and sports activities (climbing wall, rope course, boat trips and horseriding.)

Jonzac is also home to Les Antilles Aqua Park . This is a huge lagoon, sauna, spa and hammam complex build under an air-conditioned dome (see: Antilles de Jonzac ) Jonzac is around 40 minutes from the coast and surrounded by woods and vineyards.

Why not visit a local cognac and pineau grower such as the Chai du Rouissoir which is only 5 kms away

The SCI des Carmes is a lovely old building, and has been entirely renovated to modern safety standards. There are 4 appartments, all with use of the shared garden. The building is in the heart of Jonzac, in the Old Quarter.

THE APPARTMENTS

2^nd floor:

Unit 3: 24m² studio, fully equipped with a kitchenette, WC and shower room. IKEA style furnishings. TV and DVD. Microwave, coffee machine and toaster. 32€ / day

Unit 4 : 32m² dormer roof studio, lit by velux windows.  WC and shower room.  IKEA style furnishings.  TV and DVD.  Microwave, coffee machine and toaster. 32€ / day

All the appartments have shared use of laundry facilities. Sheet & towel hire possible. Small dogs accepted.

Taxe de séjour: 60 €uro centimes per person per day.
