The Parvis restaurant has been delighting people in Saintes for over four years.  Pascal and Valérie, the owners, have created a restaurant with a unique atmosphere: sophisticated yet friendly.  Pascal, a truly talented chef, uses local products which are fresh and bought from the market.  Absolutely all the food at the Parvis is home-made.

The menu reflects the seasons and changes every two months.

Pascal is famous for his macaroons and his foie gras, but every dish he creates shows real respect for his products, and will surprise and please.  Elegant yet simple cuisine, astonishing flavours and colours.  A successful mix of tradition and innovation, and a not-to-be-missed experience!
